Doctors Availability

Normally the doctor of your choice will attend to you, but in some circumstances, you may be asked to attend one of the other doctors in the practice or one of the Practice nurses.

The Practice operates a telephone consultation service and a routine appointment system (028 2076 8663)

Each morning patients can ring the practice between 8.30 am to 10.00 am to request a telephone consultation with one of our GPs.  It is important that GPs are able to triage urgent calls so our reception staff will ask for details regarding your call so that calls are triaged efficiently and effectively.  If felt appropriate our reception team can navigate to our MDTs.

Routine appointments can also be made by ringing the same number and asking to book a routine appointment with the GP.

Treatment Room Hours

The treatment room is open every day between 8.30 am -1.00 pm and 1.30 pm - 5.00 pm except for a Wednesday from 8.30 - 1.00pm only.
